Occupational Therapists (OTs) help people to do the things they want and need to do

 

OTs are client centred - that means we work on what you want to work on.

When we say “Occupation” we mean all the things you do everyday – work or college, taking care of yourself, socialising, and everything else you need to do.

Most OTs work with people with conditions that might prevent/impact them doing the things they want to do. This includes physical as well as mental health conditions.
